1. On applying for a loan you will be asked to pay a filing charge…..

2. You will be asked to pay a login charges or an advance payment

3.  You will be asked to book an airticket or more for them to visit your office or site…

4. You will be asked to book a room for the person who is coming for verification ….he might stay for a day or more…

5.  The maximum number of frauds happen in Gujarat, Mumbai, Delhi, Tamilnadu and Andhrapradesh.(All-Over-India)

6. Ask for their company registration details and any existing client who is a PVT ltd company which benefited from their services.

7. They will ask for legal charges, stamp duty, auditor fees, solicitor fees etc before the disbursement of your loan.

8. They will ask for a transfer fee before the transfer takes place.

9. They will say NRI Funds, Political Funds, we are a group of financiers etc but you will never meet the financiers or they will say that they are the financiers.

10. They will as a processing charge before the disbursement of the loan.

11. Some of the financiers are hitech. They will give digital repayment schedule.

12. They will ask for a DD charges which will be 1% or more….you will pay them in the bank after seeing the cash with them, but after couple of days you will know the DD is a fake. They print their own DDs.

13. They will call you to visit their office where you will be taken in their car to an undisclosed location to discuss the terms and conditions.

14. They will show you a trunk full of cash, they will show agreements signed with other companies, they will show loan approval letters prepared for others etc.

15. They wont agree if you are coming to visit them with 3 or more persons. They always prefer to meet you as a single person.

16. They will switch off their mobiles frequently, they will have 2 or more contact numbers, they will have their numbers on someone else’s name.

17. Beware of mediators, agents, coordinators, processing companies etc who will never show you the financiers office or residence.

For what research, whoever asks for upfront, is fraud, The real financier will detect them service charge/registration charge etc, . After loan only. We are just like that.

We pay you to buy the right file. We will give you a mediator % after fund distribution will cut mediators % and give the mediators hand. We never do RTDS to mediators account. Come direct and collect your %.
